Meet the Tequila Goddess and Beware of the Snake Bite

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, a tequila bar in Scottsdale.

By Anita Draycott

At the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, allow the resident Tequila God or Goddess to walk you through one of several tequila flights, such as the Snake Bite that’s garnished with a real (dead) rattlesnake head and tail. Not for the faint of heart. This tequila bar offers nightly artisan tastings and features 200+ varieties of tequila from 36 different labels. Flaming coffees are another specialty of the house if the “snake bite” seems too adventurous.
